Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees, and coat an 8×8 inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
- Combine cookie crumbs and butter well, then press into bottom of prepared pan.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb crust.
- Layer with chocolate chips, toffee, and walnuts.
- Bake 25-30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Cut into bars, and store in an airtight container for up to four days. Enjoy!
