Instructions
- STIR together flour, salt and baking powder in small bowl. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients to butter mixture. Spread batter in prepared pan.
- HEAT oven to 325°F. Coat a 8 x 4-inch loaf pan with baking spray with flour.
- BAKE 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
- COMBINE remaining sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH power 45 seconds or until mixture is smooth when stirred. Spoon over cooled cake.
