Instructions
- HEAT oven to 350ºF.
- COMBINE flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder in large bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press mixture on bottom of ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- BAKE 12 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool slightly.
- COMBINE eggs, sweetened condensed milk, coconut and pecans in medium bowl. Pour over partially baked crust.
- BAKE an additional 25 to 30 minutes or until set in center. Cool. Cut into bars.
