Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Into a stand mixer with the paddle attachment cream butter and sugar together.
- Pour in the sweetened condensed milk.
- With the mixer on Low speed slowly add the flour along with a pinch of salt.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Take out a large sheet pan and line it with parchment paper or a silicon baking mat. Using an ice cream scooper, scoop out the dough and place them onto the baking sheet, leaving roughly 2 inches between each cookie. Flatten the cookies a bit with your fingers.
- Place the cookies into the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm up.
- After 15 minutes place the cookies into the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on a cooling rack before enjoying them.
