Instructions
- BEAT chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla in large bowl until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into ice cream freezer container.
- FREEZE according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- REFRIGERATOR-FREEZER METHOD
- OMIT half-and-half. Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Beat chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla in large bowl until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or other 2-quart container. Cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
- VARIATIONS
- FUDGY CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM: OMIT marshmallows and peanuts. Proceed as above.
- FUDGY CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM: OMIT marshmallows and peanuts. Add 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Proceed as above.
