Instructions

  • Line an 8×8 square pan with foil and cooking spray.
  • Into a microwave-safe bowl add in the semi-sweet chocolate chips with half of a (14 oz) Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk.
  • Microwave at 40 seconds at a time until fully melted and smooth. Add the vanilla in and mix.
  • Pour all the chocolate into the pan and spread to cover the entire pan.
  • Into a second microwave-safe bowl add in the white chocolate chips with the remaining half of Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Microwave at 40 seconds at a time until fully melted and smooth. Add the peppermint extract in and mix.
  • Pour the white chocolate mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
  • Sprinkle the white chocolate layer with the crushed candy canes.
  • Allow the fudge to sit out for 4 hours at room temperature.
  • Slice into squares and enjoy!
