Ingredients

¾ cup all-purpose flour

¼ cup cocoa powder

1 teaspoon salt

14 oz Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter

4 oz semisweet chocolate

½ cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

¾ cup chocolate chips

¾ cup sliced almonds

¾ cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 10” skillet with butter. Set it aside.

Using a double boiler or in the microwave, heat the unsalted butter, semisweet chocolate, and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl. Heat until the butter and chocolate are melted and the mixture is smooth. Allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes.

Add in the eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract and whisk for 1-2 minutes until smooth.

Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, and whisk until everything is combined and the brownie batter is smooth.

Pour batter into the prepared skillet. Bake for 30-32 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, sliced almonds, and mini marshmallows over the top of the brownie. Pop back into the oven and bake for 5 minutes.

Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes. Enjoy!
