Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • red food coloring
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 12 prepared mini graham cracker pie crusts
  • Fresh sliced strawberries

Instructions

  • BEAT cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  • STIR in lemonade concentrate. Add food coloring. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into mini crusts.
  • CHILL 3 hours. Top with sliced strawberries.
